How RobThumbnail collects, uses, and protects your data
2026/09/21
This Privacy Policy explains how RobThumbnail ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services at robthumbnail.com (the "Service").
RobThumbnail is an AI-powered studio that helps you create thumbnails for Roblox games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google, we collect and store:
The Service works through conversation: you describe what you want, and the AI generates and refines thumbnails based on your instructions. To let you revisit and continue your work, we store your conversation history in our database, associated with your account. This includes:
You can delete individual conversations from your history at any time, and deleting your account removes your conversation history with it (see Section 8).
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand, in aggregate and anonymous form, how visitors use the Service — for example which pages are visited, how features are used, and where visitors encounter problems. See Section 5 for details and opt-out options.
Subscriptions and credit packages are processed by our payment service provider (such as Stripe) on their own secure checkout pages. We never receive or store your full card number. We do store records of your purchases — such as the plan purchased, billing status, and invoice identifiers — to deliver credits and provide support.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information.
To generate thumbnails, your prompts and any reference images you provide are sent to third-party AI model providers. These providers process your inputs to generate results on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not submit personal or sensitive information in your prompts that you would not want processed in this way.
We use two analytics services, both configured for anonymous, aggregate analysis. We do not use them to identify individual users, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can also control these tools through your browser's cookie settings — see our Cookie Policy.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, each acting on our behalf:
We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RobThumbnail, our users, or others.
The Service lets you create a public share link for a conversation. If you do, a read-only snapshot of that conversation (including its prompts and generated images) becomes accessible to anyone who has the link, and may be indexed by search engines. Sharing is always your choice; conversations are private unless you explicitly share them, and you can disable a share link at any time.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can:
When required by law (for example invoicing records), some information may be retained for a longer period.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@robthumbnail.com or use the contact form. You can also:
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, strict access controls on our database and storage, and authenticated access to your conversation data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers and infrastructure may be located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to transfer personal information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at support@robthumbnail.com or through the contact form.
